Application support for Duo Mobile on Windows Phone ended January 1, 2019, and the app was removed from the Windows Store on March 10, 2020. On December 10, 2019, the Windows Phone operating system officially reached end-of-life status, meaning Microsoft is no longer providing security updates for any Windows Phone devices.

On February 3, 2025, Duo Mobile on Windows Phone reached end-of-life status. Users can no longer authenticate with Duo Mobile on Windows Phone.
